This statement applies to the use of the services and materials of BUSINESS APPLICATIONS Ltd. (hereinafter: aplikacije.hr) by clients of application.hr and employment in BUSINESS APPLICATIONS doo.

2. What information is collected and forwarded
The personal information we process is information about you as a client, collected during your ordering and visiting aplikacije.hr, or upon your completion of the Client Consent Statement, information about you as employees of aplikacije.hr pursuant to the Labor Law and other applicable regulations, during your payments through bank account or when establishing and executing contractual relations between you and aplikacije.hr, which may be directly or indirectly linked to you. These are the following information: full name, telephone number (s), residence address, e-mail address, date of birth, OIB, bank details in case of bank transfer.

The personal information that you make available to us upon your ordering and arrival at aplikacije.hr, at your fulfillment of the Client’s Consent Statement, at your payments through the bank, or at the time of establishing and executing contractual relations between you and aplikacije.hr, will only be collected and processed as part of the fulfillment of our legal obligations (for example, information on employees that applications are obliged to collect under the Labor Law) or contractual obligations to you based on your consent.

Each client has the right to access and process personal information about him / her in the client list of aplikacije.hr (for example, in the list of service users).
The personal information provided by the client for the purpose of payment through the bank is collected electronically and stored on a computer, with access protected by a password. The retention period of the said data is determined in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular accounting.
The personal information that is collected is kept as long as it is needed to fulfill the purpose of collecting and processing the data. The customer information provided in the Client’s Consent Statement, which is collected for the purpose of sending notification of the application’s services.
Responsible persons and employees of application.hr who have the right and authority to access personal information collected by application.hr are obliged to sign the Statement of Confidentiality for the permanent protection of confidentiality of personal data and to act in accordance with the applicable legislation and rules of application.hr.
Your personal information may be forwarded / released to certain contract partners of application.hr, if aplikacije.hr decides to engage them.
